Sublimation requires sublimation equipment as well as special inks and substrates. I will not give refunds if the image does not press well because you didn't use a sublimation substrate or did not get good results due to user error. I am happy to work with you, if the issue is a design issue.

Please keep in mind that colors can vary from computer to computer, printer to printer, and depends on inks and substrates used. I will not refund for slight color variations based on these circumstances. The design comes in the colours shown. If you would like to change the designs colour, use the SVG and ungroup the image and choose your colour preference. Please message me with any issues.
