This made to order, custom, hand embroidered hoop made by your reference photos makes a thoughtful gift for any occasion. 

Each hoop is stitched by hand and currently takes approximately 14-20 days to stitch AFTER sketch approval. (This sketch will also be included in your package.)

ORDERING:
-Place your order based on the size hoop you would like. Please message me if you’d like a different size hoop than what is offered.

-Choose if you'd like a printed background option. The background will be printed directly onto the fabric, but only the people will be stitched unless you want something else in the background to be stitched as well. We can also discuss other background options.

-After purchasing the item from this listing please use to message me the picture you'd like me to recreate. i can definitely make changes to photos if you want to add people or pets or change an outfit in the original photo. please just let me know!

-Be sure to mention any specific details you'd like to have included. I do not stitch facial features aside from facial hair and glasses. Details like flower frames or extra long quotes do not cost extra!

-I'll send you a sketch for your approval before beginning any stitching. I just ask that you approve or make changes to the sketch within 24 hours so that I can get started on stitching! The sketch will give you an idea of what the product will look like (colors, composition, etc), but please understand that there may be slight variations in the final product.

-If you are ordering a hoop to be shipped directly to someone as a gift, please let me know!

**The back of the hoop is sealed in cardstock so that the hoop is a permanent frame. Please let me know if you’d like me to leave the back of the hoop open and we can discuss some options
